Our Story
Tender Mercy Care PTY LTD is a product of sacrifice, hard work and resilience.
We identified the need for best care after experiencing the difference between 5 star care and what would be just good enough care. We therefore setup a 5 star care business where we would be able to go over and above good enough standards to ensure both our team members and clients offer and receive 5 star + care. We do not shy away from our Christian values because that is who we really are. Compassion, Justice, Respect and Honour all under the umbrella of genuine Love for people is our WHY. There is enough Love to give to all and we choose to be vessels of these values.
OUR mission
Our highest priority is that you will feel loved and cared for by our team in a safe, prompt and timely manner. We exist to lighten the burden of those that are in our care. We listen and offer you best care based on your needs and goals of care. Quality improvement is ever on our radar. Our desire is to simply be there for our clients and their families when they need us.
